Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy parturients from the legal marriage and childbirth age to 30 years old; 2. Voluntary and unpaid donation of milk during the first delivery; 3. Before donating, it is necessary to sign an informed consent form, provide a true health certificate and cooperate with the corresponding screening work.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffer from severe acute or chronic diseases, and epidemic infectious diseases; 2. In the past 6 months, the subject or sexual partner has received blood transfusion and blood products, and the subject or sexual partner has used a multi-person device to pierce ears or other body parts, or have tattoos in any institution; 3. Have received organ/tissue transplantation in the past 12 months; 4. Drink more than 60 ml or an equivalent amount of strong alcohol within 24 hours before milk collection, and drink 30-40 ml of strong alcohol or 100 ml of red wine or 200 ml of beer every day; 5. Long-term use of non-prescription drugs and systemic prescription drugs that are not suitable for breastfeeding; 6. Long-term use of large doses of vitamins (at least 20 times the recommended daily intake RDA) and/or medicinal herbal products; 7. Vegans who are not supplemented with vitamin B12; 8. Have used addictive drugs in the past 12 months; 9. Smoking or nicotine products, including chewing gum and patches, no matter the quantity.
