Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients to receive surgical treatment in Huadong Hospital from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023; 2. The patient and his family members knew and agreed to participate in the study; 3. Aged >= 65 years, regardless of gender; 4. Basic reading and understanding skills; 5. Have the basic ability to participate in sports training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Old age (> 85 years old); 2. Complicated with serious infection or other diseases, requiring ICU treatment; 3. There were serious and irreversible organic diseases of heart, lung and kidney, severe anemia or other surgical contraindications in preoperative examination; 4. Participated in other clinical trials in the past 30 days; 5. Emergency surgery is required; 6. The physiological state classification of the American Psychological Association reaches levels 4 and 5.
