Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Meet the internationally accepted diagnostic criteria for gout and hyperuricemia: fasting blood uric acid > 420 umol/L (7 mg/dL) twice on different days after stopping high-purine, high-protein diet for 2 weeks or stopping uric acid-lowering drugs for 2 weeks; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and comply with the study regulations, understand and comply with the follow-up plan, and voluntarily sign a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hyperuricemia caused by secondary factors, such as leukemia, myeloma, renal failure, polycystic kidney disease, certain endocrine diseases, metabolic acidosis, hyperuricemia caused by certain drugs (such as diuretics, aspirin, anti-tuberculosis drugs, etc.); hereditary hyperuricemia; 2. Severe cardiopulmonary and liver dysfunction; 3. Patients with urinary tract infection, renal tubulointerstitial disease, peritoneal dialysis, hemodialysis and renal transplantation; 4. Pregnancy or lactation.
