Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30-75 years; 2. Those who correspond the diagnostic criteria of high risk group of Ischemic cardiovascular disease: risk of morbidity within 10 years >= 10%; 3. Those who participate the research voluntarily with an informed consent form, and collect complete information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chest pain caused by myocarditis, cardiac neurosis, gastroesophageal reflux, cervical spondylosis, hyperthyroidism and intercostal neuralgia; 2. Angina pectoris caused by other diseases, such as rheumatic fever, syphilis, congenital coronary malformations, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, aortic stenosis or insufficiency; 3. Patients with severe hypertension, severe arrhythmia, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, stroke, glomerulonephritis, renal failure, rheumatism, hematopoietic and endocrine system deseases and osteoarthropathy; 4. Patients with acute infection (within 4 weeks) and taking antibiotics; 5. Patients with pregnancy or in lactation, allergic constitution; 6. Patients with previous history of mental illness, dementia, alcoholism or drug dependence; 7. Patients taking anti-anxiety or anti-depression drugs; 8. Patients with poor compliance, unable to cooperate with the completion of the investigation, and unable to communicate normally.
