Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with SAP diagnosis and treatment guidelines formulated by Chinese Medical Association; 2. SAP as the primary diagnosis; 3. Aged 18 to 80 years; 4. No routine treatment such as acid and enzyme inhibition rehydration was performed before admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Those who used antibiotics, hormones and other treatments within 3 months before the onset of the disease; 3. Accompanied by severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction, immune deficiency, malignant tumor and other diseases; 4. Recent history of major surgery, trauma and infection.
