Observation group:Cognitive-swallowing dual task training

Control group:Conventional swallowing rehabilitation training

60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke documented by CT and/or MRI; 2. Aged > 60 years; 3. MMSE >= 17; 4. Consciousness is clear; 5. Presence of drinking water choking cough and dysphagia, and rated IV or V by Kubota Water Swallowing Test; 6. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemiplegia with severe spasm, unable to stand alone; 2. Presence of severe complication(including myocardial infarction, heart failure, liver and kidney dysfunction, gastrointestinal bleeding, psychosis, etc.); 3. Condition is unstable and continues to deteriorate; 4. Those who quit or fail to visit.
