Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No gender limit; 2. No age limit; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetic foot in the 2020 China Diabetes Prevention and Control Guidelines; meet the diagnostic criteria for TCM diagnosis of ''Jinju'' or ''Tuoju'' or high-risk diabetic foot; 4. Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetic lower extremity vascular disease or diabetic foot infection; 5. Healthy volunteers; 6. Voluntarily join the clinical trial research and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as stroke and myocardial infarction; 2. Those with severe respiratory diseases, severe cervical and lumbar spine lesions, severe liver and kidney damage and malignant tumors; 3. Those with infectious diseases such as hepatitis, tuberculosis, AIDS; 4. Those with organic mental disorders or those who cannot cooperate with conventional treatment.
