Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Men's waist circumference (WC) >= 90cm, women's WC >= 80cm; 2. Aged between 18-55 years; 3. Patients who signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary obesity caused by drugs, surgery, endocrine and other factors; 2. Patients who are taking birth control pills, diet pills, diet tea, diet nutrition meals, etc. for a long time; 3. Patients with cardiovascular, liver, kidney, brain and other primary diseases; 4. Patients with severe mental disorders; 5. Pregnant and lactating patients; 6. Patients who have participated in other treatments or studies in the past month.
