18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Fresh (injury time <3 weeks), closed complex elbow fracture and dislocation, with or without ipsilateral limb fracture, normal upper limb function before injury, without bone disease; 3. The follow-up time is more than 12 months, and the clinical data and follow-up data are complete; 4. No schizophrenia; 5. Normal cognition; 6. Those who can tolerate general anesthesia without blood system diseases or abnormal liver and kidney function; 7. Surgical contraindications, serious complications, and patients who exclude surgical intervention.
