Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age-related cataract or complicated cataract and aged > 18 years; 2. Expected postoperative corneal astigmatism <= 1.0 D; 3. The patient has full vision requirements and understands that multifocal intraocular lenses can reduce the dependence on presbyopic glasses but cannot completely remove the lens; 4. Be able to understand the purpose of the research, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unsuitable corneal optical properties, glaucoma, uveitis, fundus diseases (retinal detachment, diabetic retinopathy, etc.) are not suitable for patients with multifocal intraocular lens implantation; 2. History of other intraocular surgery; 3. Those who cannot follow up on time.
