Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease identified by GOLD2017 diagnosis and treatment guidelines.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received any respiratory rehabilitation therapy within the past year; 2. Discharged or died during hospitalization without medical advice; 3. Severe comorbidities, such as unstable cardiovascular disease, orthopaedic disease of the upper and lower extremities, neurological or visual impairments that interfere with the ability to perform physical exercise sequelae, cognitive impairment that interferes with assessment and treatment; 4. Do not agree to participate in the research.
