Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing MIDCAB surgery under elective general anesthesia in our hospital due to ''coronary heart disease''; 2. Aged 18-75 years, NYHA class I-II or Killip class I; 3. Preoperative left ventricular ejection fraction>=50%, EuroSCORE ?<=1.5.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade >= ?, BMI >= 35kg/m^2; 2. Preoperative patients with COPD, pneumonia, atelectasis, respiratory failure, and OSAHS requiring ventilator treatment; 3. Pulmonary artery systolic blood pressure >30mmHg, liver and kidney insufficiency; 4. TEE contraindications and PEEP contraindications (high intracranial pressure, bronchopleural fistula, hypovolemic shock, right ventricular dysfunction); 5. The patient refuses to participate.
