Experimental group:Received solvent control, 0.01% and 0.05% benzyl lysine eye drops on three different experimental days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-50 years, gender is not limited; 2. -6.00D= 0.8.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Opacity of refractive medium, ocular trauma, surgery or other chronic ocular diseases; 2. Squint; 3. The intraocular pressure of either eye is greater than or equal to 21mmHg, and the difference between the intraocular pressures of both eyes is greater than or equal to 5mmHg; 4. History of systemic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, etc.; 5. Those who are incapacitated or have limited capacity; 6. There are other circumstances that the researcher considers unsuitable to participate in the research.
