18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students aged 18-35 in higher education.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart disease, hypertension, cardiovascular and respiratory system diseases such as asthma and are unable to tolerate the frequency and strength of exercise requirements. 2. Any neurological or psychiatric disorders. 3. Diabetes and other metabolic diseases. 4. Physical disabilities. 5. Severe dysmenorrhea when they couldn't exercise more than 5 days before or after menstruation. 6. Color blindness.
