Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for patients with NSCLC surgery: (1) Aged >= 18 years; (2) Clinically diagnosed as primary lung cancer, and the primary tumor has received surgical resection (except for exploration), regardless of whether the margin of resection is negative or positive; (3) Pathological diagnosis of NSCLC, stage I-IIIA (AJCC 8th edition); (4) The clinical data related to the research are complete; (5) There are at least two or more medical records. 2. Inclusion criteria for advanced NSCLC patients: (1) The main diagnosis is stage IV primary lung cancer (the time of first diagnosis of lung cancer is 2013-2020); (2) At least two or more medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The exclusion criteria for patients with NSCLC surgery: (1) History of other malignant tumors within five years, except for cured basal cell carcinoma of the skin and carcinoma in situ of the cervix; (2) Pregnant or lactating patients. 2. The exclusion criteria for patients with advanced NSCLC: history of other malignant tumors within five years, except for cured basal cell carcinoma of the skin and carcinoma in situ of the cervix.
