Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis is in line with the diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular disease formulated by the Chinese Medical Association in 2010, and confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. Aged >=65 years (WHO standard), patients with stable vital signs, first onset, and disease duration ranging from 3 weeks to 1 year; 3. Consciousness, low-pitched field test = grade 3, Brunstronm >= grade 4, able to perform spontaneous breathing; 4. Cognitive function MMSE >= 24 points; 5. After publicity and mobilization, patients who are informed about the trial and agree to participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with respiratory center injury; 2. Patients with serious complications such as heart, liver, kidney, and brain failure; 3. Respiratory system diseases (COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, localized bullae, pneumothorax, etc.); 4. Patients with contraindications to breathing training.
