Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the diagnosis of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy; 2. In line with TCM syndrome differentiation; Yang deficiency and cold congealing type; Yang deficiency and cold condensing type greater than 10 points; 3. Aged 30 to 75 years; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Related neuropathy caused by other reasons, such as cervical and lumbar spine disease, cerebral infarction, etc.; nerve damage caused by various reasons; 2. Patients with heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Use other drugs to improve peripheral neuropathy; 4. Pregnant, lactating patients or those planning to become pregnant; 5. Those who are allergic to the study drug.
