Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Bone Class III: (1) 1) Overbite coverage: repeated overbite coverage; 2) Profile of resting jaw position: concave type; 3) The staggered profile of the cusps: concave; 4) The mandible cannot retreat to the opposite edge; 5) The molar relationship is close. (2) ANB < 0 degree. (3) Wits Mixed teeth period: male < -4, female < -4.2; The initial stage of permanent teeth: male < -4.3, female < -4. 2. Bone class I (control group): (1) The soft tissues of the face and face are symmetrical, with no obvious deformity in frontal and lateral views, and no obvious protrusion or retraction in the lower third of the face. (2) The upper and lower jaw midlines are aligned and consistent with the facial midline, and there is no early contact of individual teeth; there is no scattered space between the upper and lower dentition, and the anterior teeth are not crowded or crowded not more than 2mm. (3) The overbite coverage of the anterior teeth was normal. (4) Neutral relationship of molars. (5) 0<ANB<4. (6) Wits: Mixed teeth: male -1.4±2.6 (-4-1.2), female -1.4±2.8 -4.2-1.4); Early permanent teeth: male -1.4±2.9 (-4.3-1.5), female -1.1±2.9 (-4-1.8).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of trauma in oral and maxillofacial surgery; 2. Have a history of orthodontic treatment; 3. Patients with cleft lip and palate; 4. Patients with multiple teeth, congenitally missing teeth and abnormal tooth morphology; 5. Abnormal tooth eruption time and position; 6. Patients with bad oral habits; 7. Have the habit of chewing on one side; 8. The designated tooth suffers from caries; 9. Patients with bad oral habits; 10. Have other syndromes.
