Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes before hospitalization for this operation, and taking hypoglycemic drugs or insulin to control blood sugar for a long time; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes in the ''2020 American Diabetes Association Diabetes Medical Treatment Standards'': fasting plasma glucose (FPG) >= 7.0 mmol/L, or postprandial 2-h blood glucose (2-h plasma glucose, 2-h PG) >= 11.1mmol/L, or glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc) >= 6.5%, or for patients with typical hyperglycemic symptoms or hyperglycemic crisis, random blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are automatically discharged or transferred to a lower-level hospital for treatment before their condition improves; 2. Severe illness or severe mental disorder, unable to communicate and communicate normally; 3. Do not understand the clinical pharmacist professional in endocrinology to participate in the pharmacy practice of perioperative blood glucose management in patients with type 2 diabetes, and have not signed the informed consent; 4. Gestational diabetes or diabetes complicated by pregnancy.
