50 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for vascular dementia; 2. Aged 50 to 85 years; 3. Hachinski Inchemic Score (HIS) >= 7 points; 4. Mini Mental State Scale (MMSE) score: 12-24 points (mild to moderate); 5. Corresponding lesions of stroke (such as thalamus, basal forebrain) due to macrovascular lesions; 6. Good visual, auditory and speech functions, willing to accept and be able to complete neuropsychological tests; 7. Able to cooperate with the completion of experimental aerobic exercise training and tDCS treatment; 8. Family members and patients signed informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who participated in other experiments in the past three months; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction and a history of tumors.
