Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are scheduled to undergo median thoracotomy in our hospital; 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. ASA classification II-III; 4. No peripheral nerve block contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal coagulation function, thrombocytopenia; 2. Infection at the puncture site; 3. Allergy or intolerance to local anesthetics; 4. Liver and kidney insufficiency, BMI >= 40; 5. Emergency surgery; 6. History of long-term use of opioids (more than 3 months, or daily oral equivalent morphine dose > 5mg for more than 1 month); 7. Combined with chronic pain syndrome, coexisting mental illness and cognitive dysfunction.
