Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of atrial fibrillation (diagnosis in accordance with ''Atrial Fibrillation: Current Understanding and Treatment Recommendations-2018 Guidelines''); 2. Radiofrequency ablation was performed for the first time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Valvular heart disease; 2. Left atrium diameter > 55mm; 3. Moderate to severe left ventricular hypertrophy (wall thickness > 15mm); 4. Patients with myocardial infarction, coronary bypass or stent implantation history within 3 months or current patients with acute coronary syndrome or patients who need stent implantation; 5. Patients with previous history of cardiac surgery and previous catheter ablation; 6. Patients with hyperthyroidism; 7. Patients with atrial fibrillation with cardiomyopathy; 8. Patients with bradyarrhythmias who need to install a pacemaker; 9. Known bleeding constitution, left atrial/left atrial appendage thrombosis and severe hemostasis and coagulation dysfunction; 10. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 11. Pregnant or lactating patients; 12. Patients deemed by the investigator to be unsuitable to participate in this study.
