Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65-85 years, with non-acute paralysis disease; 2. Those who have received other conservative treatment must go through a washout period of more than 5 days; 3. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with cervical spine tumor, tuberculosis, osteomyelitis; 2. Suspected spinal cord injury with spinal cord injury; 3. Those suffering from serious heart, lung, brain and blood system diseases; 4. Patients with skin damage or skin disease at the treatment site; 5. Other types of cervical spondylosis such as cervical spondylosis; 6. Those who have received cervical spine surgery and cervical spine deformity; 7. Those with severe allergies.
