18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years. 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for psoriasis vulgaris. 3. There are skin lesions on the scalp. 4. Winter type, stable patients. 5. Patients with mild to moderate scalp disease (PSSI score 12-18 points or IGA score 2-3 points). 6. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to the related pharmaceutical ingredients of Yuyin Lotion. 2. Patients who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding. 3. Topical glucocorticoids, calcipotriol and retinoic acid have been used on the scalp within 2 weeks. 4. Systemic use of glucocorticoids, immunosuppressive agents, retinoic acid drugs, and oral traditional Chinese medicine within 4 weeks. 5. Biologics have been used within 12 weeks.
