18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 18 years; 2. Sanders II-IV calcaneal fracture patients; 3. Patients with vertical or medial and lateral separation of the posterior articular fracture fragments greater than 2mm; 4. Patients without talus fracture or without displacement of talar fracture; 5. Patients whose injury to operation time is less than 3 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with open calcaneal fractures or combined with vascular and nerve injury requiring emergency surgery; 2. Patients with severe ankle deformity before injury.
