Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for necrotizing pancreatitis in the 2012 Atlanta diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis; 2. Willing to abide by the research procedures and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient died; 2. Transfer to surgery; 3. Lost to follow-up.
