Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke in ''China Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018''; 2. Time from onset to hospitalization <=7 days; 3. Brain CT/MRI confirmed fresh infarct lesions consistent with neurological deficits; 4. Aged 18-90 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Transient ischemic attack, subarachnoid hemorrhage and cerebral hemorrhage; 2. A history of stroke; 3. Have taken lipid-lowering drugs, such as niacin, fibrates or statins, within 3 months before the onset; 4. Associated with other brain diseases, severe infection, liver and kidney dysfunction, severe organ failure, cancer, recent surgery or trauma history.
