18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. Elective laparotomy, planned postoperative epidural analgesia; 3. ASA I-II grade, BMI<25kg/m^2; 4. Patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Spinal deformity, coagulation dysfunction; 2. Preoperative clinical symptoms or imaging examinations suggest that the tumor has distant metastasis; 3. History of related drug allergies; 4. Infection at the puncture site; 5. Participated in other clinical studies within three months; 6. The investigator believes that it is unsuitable to participate in this trial for any reason.
