Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis (KOA) in the Chinese Medical Association Orthopaedic Branch Osteoarthritis Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2007 Edition); 2. Aged 50-75 years; 3. X-ray KellgrenLawrence (K-L) grades are in grades I-III; 4. Able to walk at least 10m without any assistive devices; 5. Voluntarily participate and cooperate to complete the research and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with advanced osteoarthritis with severe knee deformity; 2. Patients treated with cortisol hormones and analgesics in the past 1 month; 3. Patients who have undergone lower extremity surgery in the past 6 months; 4. Combined with diabetes, mental illness, severe immunosuppressive disease, blood disease (coagulation disorder), infectious disease, severe heart disease and liver and kidney insufficiency, patients with rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid immune arthritis, gout and Kashin-Beck disease.
