Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The training cohort included patients with primary lung adenocarcinoma confirmed by pathological biopsy with matching clinical characteristics (sex, age, smoking history, underlying diseases, etc.), patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma and benign lung diseases (tuberculoma, bronchiectasis, hamartoma, fungal infection, etc.), among them, there were 30 cases in the the early metastasis group (T stage=N1, poorly differentiated), local invasion group (locally advanced lung cancer without lymph node and distant metastasis) (T stage >= T3, N stage = N0, high-moderate differentiation) and benign lung disease group. 2. The validation cohort included 45 patients who met the above inclusion and exclusion criteria (about 15 in each group).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of antibiotic use (including oral or infusion) within one month before surgery; 2. History of preoperative chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy; 3. History of long-term use of hormones or immunosuppressive diseases (such as autoimmune diseases, etc.); 4. History of long-term local inhalation of drugs through the respiratory tract (such as asthma, etc.); 5. Compound cancer containing multiple pathological types; 6. The lesion is less than 1cm, or it is difficult to obtain enough samples; 7. Those with pleural metastasis or distant metastasis.
