Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for withdrawal syndrome; 2. Complete the physiological detoxification period and are in the rehabilitation and consolidation period; 3. Aged 15-50 years; 4. Those who have not received anti-anxiety or anti-depression treatment in the past 1-2 months; 5. Those who can actively cooperate with the research of this subject and adhere to the treatment according to the plan; 6. Able to understand this research, subjects or their legal guardians agree and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with AIDS; 2. Those who are extremely weak or frail or have grade 3 high blood pressure and unsatisfactory control of diabetes; 3. Patients with serious diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and mental illness; 4. Patients with severe mental illness and nervous system diseases; 5. Pregnant and lactating patients; 6. The acute phase of other systemic diseases accompanied by abnormal blood picture or fever; 7. Patients with physical disabilities and deafness; 8. Those who are allergic to auricular pressure tape and cannot tolerate auricular pressure stimulation; 9. Those who are participating in other clinical trials.
