20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Breast cancer stage I to III; 2. Within four months to two years after the operation; 3. Radiotherapy/chemotherapy has ended.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have communication barriers or language barriers, and cannot complete the questionnaire independently or with the help of staff; 2. Patients with cancer metastasis, severe disease progression and severe mental illness; 3. Have a history of acute suicide; 4. Have brain organic mental disorders and dementia; 5. Not able to do moderate and above-intensity exercise.
