18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with colorectal tumors who are scheduled to undergo laparotomy; 2. According to the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification, it is classified as I-III; 3. With the consent of the hospital ethics committee, the patients participated voluntarily and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from multiple sclerosis; 2. Suffering from various autoimmune diseases; 3. Suffering from diabetes; 4. Current infection (determined by clinical status, CRP and white blood cell count); 5. Severe visual or hearing impairment and MMSE score below 18; 6. History of alcohol or drug dependence, or taking psychotropic substances.
