Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for PCOS in Rotterdam in 2013; 2. Aged between 18-35 years; 3. Those who have informed consent, volunteer to be tested, have reproductive needs, and can track pregnancy outcomes; 4. Have not used any hormonal drugs and drugs that have an effect on endocrine and glucose and lipid metabolism in the 3 months before the study and during the study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Reproductive tract malformations; 2. Combined with other endocrine disorders, such as diabetes, abnormal thyroid function; 3. Combined with serious heart, liver, kidney and other diseases; 4. Combined with malignant tumor; 5. Mental disorder; 6. Those who were lost to follow-up.
