Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The operation time for children is more than 5 hours; 2. Children aged 1-10 years; 3. Surgery for hepatobiliary diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other encephalopathy; 2. Brain damage caused by hypoxia was found during operation.
