Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be admitted to the hospital within 24 hours after acute trauma, and agree to join the researcher and sign the informed consent; 2. Those who are conscious, with stable condition and vital signs; 3. Those who are emotionally stable, cooperate with the research, and can effectively complete the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe brain damage and blurred vision; 2. Those with a history of severe trauma, mental illness or mental retardation; 3. Patients with a history of hypertension; 4. Liver and kidney insufficiency; 5. Those who have hematological diseases or diseases that affect the level of red blood cell hemoglobin; 6. Those with urological diseases, high-protein diets and taking steroids.
