Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women undergoing obstetric examination in the Obstetrics Department of the Three Gorges Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing University; 2. Singleton, primiparous pregnant women, aged 18 to 50 years; 3. The gestational age is around 30-34 weeks; 4. Subjects were informed and signed the informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are serious comorbidities and serious mental illness; 2. Hearing impaired or illiterate with dyslexia; 3. It is a severe high-risk pregnancy grade; 4. Not following the requirements of the trial protocol for treatment after enrollment, poor compliance; 5. Participated in other scientific research experiments while participating in this experiment.
