Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of RDC/TMD and are diagnosed with TMD; 2. Aged over 18 years; 3. Complaints of pain for >= 3 months or more; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and fill in the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have recently suffered from acute and chronic pulpitis, acute and chronic periapical periodontitis or suffered head and face trauma; 2. Patients with a history of rheumatism and rheumatoid diseases; 3. Patients with a history of mental illness and drug dependence; 4. Patients with a history of heart and liver dysfunction or malignant tumors.
