45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45 to 75 years, male or female; 2. No history of respiratory disease; 3. Have not performed systematic traditional health-preserving exercises in the past, such as Taijiquan and Baduanjin; 4. Fully understand the research situation, participate voluntarily, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Limiting physical activity or other factors that hinder the effect of exercise interventions; 2. Are or will be doing other regular exercise programs; 3. Cognitive impairment; 4. Participate in other clinical studies.
