Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the written informed consent; 2. The age at the time of enrollment is >= 18 years old; 3. Patients with recurrent and metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed by pathology; 4. Receiving PD-1 inhibitor therapy; 5. If there are measurable lesions, evaluate the efficacy; 6. The patient has good compliance, and the subject must be willing to complete all visit evaluations at the research center according to the requirements of the trial protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute infectious diseases; 2. Patients requiring long-term use of glucocorticoids; 3. Patients with a second primary tumor; 4. Patients who have received solid organ transplantation or bone marrow transplantation.
