Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. Diagnose hip fracture and plan to perform surgical treatment; 3. Those who have received the elderly orthopaedic unit through anesthesia assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dementia (including Parkinson's disease dementia, Alzheimer's disease and Lewy body dementia); 2. Stroke or other central nervous system diseases within the past 6 months, severe hearing or visual impairment, language and communication difficulties, etc.; 3. Suffering from alcohol-related encephalopathy; 4. Pathological fractures caused by multiple traumas or malignant tumors; 5. Transfer to ICU after operation; 6. Accidental discharge from hospital or refusal to participate in the study.
