Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinicians who are part of a participating care team that care for hemodialysis patients and have the right to prescribe.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The number of long-term maintenance hemodialysis patients in the dialysis center was less than 50.
