Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged <= 44 years; 2. AFC < 5 or AMH < 1.2ng/ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unconventional stimulus programs such as natural cycle, micro-stimulation and PPOS programs; 2. Unconventional fertility cycles such as PGT cycles and egg donation recipient cycles; 3. Patients with low gonadotropin and low gonadotropin; 4. History of allergy to LH preparations; 5. Tumor history or suspicious tumor diagnosis; 6. Unexplained ovarian enlargement; 7. Subjects who have participated in this study or another clinical drug trial at the same time; 8. Subjects with any active substance abuse or history of drug, drug or alcohol abuse in the past 5 years; 9. Subjects who refuse or fail to comply with the protocol.
