Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ankle joint magnetic resonance imaging shows that meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of bone marrow edema; 2. VAS score < 70; 3. Voluntary as a subject.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with displaced ankle fractures; 2. Allergic constitution (allergic to two or more foods, drugs, pollen, etc.) or allergic to known components of the test drug; 3. Combined with serious primary diseases such as gastrointestinal tract, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver and kidney, tumor and hematopoietic system; 4. Those who are in critical condition and it is difficult to make an exact evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of the treatment plan; 5. Local skin damage.
