Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary and middle school students aged 8 to 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from diabetes, hyperthyroidism; 2. Use of hormone drugs within the past three months; 3. Individuals suffering from depression and anxiety.
