Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years old and diagnosed with glaucoma; 2. Those who plan to undergo anti-glaucoma surgery in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary disease and advanced cancer, unable to tolerate eye surgery; previous eye disease, such as retinal vein occlusion, diabetic retinopathy or age-related macular degeneration; 2. Combined with eye infection or corneal lesions, or patients with one eye; 3. Those who must wear contact lenses during the test; 4. Combined with hyperthyroidism, myasthenia gravis, blood and hematopoietic system diseases, or serious or progressive diseases of other systems; 5. Combining with neurological and mental disorders and unable to cooperate or unwilling to cooperate; 6. Pregnant, lactating women or those who have a childbearing plan in the near future; 7. Those who participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before enrollment; 8. Those who refuse to sign informed consent; 9. Other situations that the investigator thinks are not suitable to participate in this trial.
