18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years; 2. Have normal capacity for civil conduct; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for primary hand hyperhidrosis; 4. The patient and the patient's family have a strong willingness to operate and sign the informed consent for the operation; 5. Ultra-micro 5mm single-port thoracoscopic sympathotomy was performed during the operation; 6. Preoperative examination and evaluation of cardiopulmonary function can tolerate general anesthesia surgery, and there are no related surgical contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation disorders; 2. Poor cardiopulmonary function, difficult to tolerate general anesthesia surgery; 3. Patients with secondary hand sweating caused by tuberculosis, hyperthyroidism, etc.
