Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. In line with the International Classification of Sleep Disorders Third Edition (ICSD-3) for the diagnosis of insomnia; 3. Social functions are partially affected; 4. Voluntarily participate in the research; 5. Ability to effectively use smart electronic products (mobile phones, tablets, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnose other mental illnesses; 2. Brain trauma accompanied by a history of coma, organic brain disease, or serious physical disease; 3. Inability to effectively use smart electronic products (mobile phones, tablets, etc.); 4. Pregnancy.
