Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients aged >= 18 years with orthodontic treatment needs, especially those who hope to shorten the course of treatment; 2. Malocclusion (malocclusion) deformity is mainly dentition crowding (crowding degree 4 ~ 12mm), maxillary protrusion, convex soft tissue profile and plump alveolar bone; 3. Subtract four premolars; 4. Healthy oral condition (e.g. no periodontal disease, no untreated caries, pulpitis or periapical periodontitis).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe bone disorders require combined orthognathic surgery 2. Patients with temporomandibular joint disease 3. Patients with moderate to severe or invasive periodontitis 4. Patients who are unwilling to accept extraction orthodontics 5. Patients unwilling to undergo corticotomy
