20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet diagnostic criteria of threaten-abortion; 2. Gestational age between 5 to 10 weeks; 3. Not treatment prior to threaten-abortion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ectopic pregnancy, multiple pregnancies (included twin), no viable fetal; 2. Take medicines affecting pregnancy outcomes within 3 months; e.g. contraceptive pill, insulin sensitizers, hypolipidemic agents ; 3. Major organic diseases including heart, lung, liver, or kidney, or severe mental anomaly; 4. Reject to sign the informed consent.
